Welcome to Solitaire (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play the game. The App functions fully without registration.
Optionally, you may sign in with a Google or Apple account to:
- Sync your progress across devices
- Display a name on global leaderboards
If you choose to sign in, we receive only the basic profile information provided by the identity provider (name and email address). We do not store your password.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Data When you use the App, we automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, and version
- App version
- Crash reports and error logs
- General gameplay statistics (games played, wins, streaks)
- Session duration and frequency of use
This data is collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC). It is used solely to improve app stability and user experience.
Advertising Identifiers If you are on the free tier (ad-supported), our advertising partner Google AdMob (Google LLC) may collect:
- Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
- IP address (used to approximate country/region)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This is used to serve contextually relevant advertisements. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
Game Services If you connect to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), those platforms may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only receive your Game Center / Play Games player ID and any scores you submit to leaderboards.
2.3 Local Storage
All core game data — including your save state, daily challenge progress, streak count, settings, and unlocked cosmetics — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data does not leave your device unless you are signed in and have cross-device sync enabled.

Push notifications require your explicit permission, which you can grant or revoke at any time in your device’s notification settings. If you opt out, you will not receive any notifications from the App.

6. Advertising & Subscriptions
6.1 Ad-Supported (Free Tier)
The free version of the App displays banner and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads by:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for this App
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
6.2 Remove Ads (Subscription)
Purchasing a “Remove Ads” subscription disables all advertising and removes AdMob from data collection entirely within the App. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is rated 4+ (App Store) and Everyone (Google Play). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK).
The App does not require account creation. All gameplay data is stored locally. If we become aware that a child under the applicable age has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Firebase services operate on Google’s secure infrastructure
- Local device data is protected by your device’s own security mechanisms
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected users of any breach in accordance with applicable law.
11. International Data Transfers
Firebase and Google services may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA/UK.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
- Notify you via an in-app notice for material changes
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
